Geve me a 300 credit card charging automatic fees to it leaving me with $50 limit

Gave me a 300 dollar credit card charging off an administrative fee and annual fee as well as processing fee leaving me with a $50 limit. They also repeatedly made harrasing phnoe calls trying to demand money they never explained was going to be automatically billed to me for a $50 limit credit card..
