After dealing with All Tel for the last year, a bill was sent to my residence for someone who is disabled who I have power-of-attorney over. This person has never had an All Tel phone. I called the company several times and told them this. They stopped sending bills and calling us on a daily basis, but now my disabled relative has this bill from Afni, Inc. This is both a complaint to
Afni and All Tel. There was a 20 minute wait the last time I called this place. I never got through. I have a cell phone and I don't want to use the minutes waiting for a company that sends bills to disabled people. After seeing how many complaints Afni, Inc., I want some guidance in what to do about this bill that is not my relatives bill.
