Withdrawing money from my checking acct. Cannot get ahold of them on internet or through phone # provided Don't Know nationwide

I tried to get a free credit report online from freetriple.com and this is where this all started. The report said I can get this FREE and also mentioned coupons I could get FREE also for a 30 day trial period. I did exactly what I was being informed to do and I keep getting these charges on my acct. I contacted them through phone number listed on my bank statement and it's just a recording that does not allow me to do anything and within 1 min. I'm automatically disconnected. Went online to try to take care of this and I'm again being told "Sorry due to technical diffuculties web page is down, try again later" but I have yet to be able to get to this web page. That e-mail address I was given when I called and it was on recorder, that is dealpass.com and this is going on with privacymatters.com also. Same situation. I feel this is FRAUDULENT and these people should be prosecuted to the fullest!!! Thanks for your help in this matte
