I recieved a call from a woman Named Elizabeth. She asked for me and when I told her she was talking to the right person.
She immediately asked if I had an Attorney? I asked why would I need one. She when on to say this call is for the purpose of satisfying my credit card account
And it was turned over to her for collection thru B. Of. A then informs me just so you know this callis being recorded
Then explained that if I paid today the sum of 110.00 my account Balance of $2523.88 would be lowered to $1701.66 and I would not be charged late fees or interest.
So I opted for the settlement Paid her though my debit card $210.00. She informed me that it would be deposited on! /29/08 then on 2/29/08 I told her to only draw the $110.00 next month and prevous months
2/1/08 I go tomy mail box and have a letter from the company they drained my checking account in the sum of 1,701.66.
I now have no money. My bank has been notified and I have to fill out forms just by chance they can recover my money.
I was lied to decieved and taken to the cleaners.
I ahve tried to call them and I get the extension is invalid choose another ext. Two hours of this. On 1/30/08 I called the number this women gave me and the person who answered told me she would get Elizebeth and 35 min. Later the phone hung up
