I just read the recent report from someone in Phoenix. I filed a report a few months ago. I just found out that ISI has been charging my credit card for the last 9 months. I called them to complain that I never received any information or the service that I was being charged for and they assured me that it would be cancelled—that was back in July. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and I'm trying to get it stopped. I'm going to follow Phoenix, AZ's advice and call the BBB in Utah on Monday as well as the Attorney General. They are crooks and need to be put out of business.
