Ordered Colon Cure on internet, was to pay $3.99 for s & h only. Printed order confirmation that stated product would be shipped within 24 hours. Also stated if I had questions to call their Toll-free tel #. Company charged my bank card the same day (1/10). On 1/24, my bank card charged $87.31. Called my bank, they gave me company name of SWM/Nubodi and tel # 801-208-7485 (same number on confirmation, it is NOT toll-free). On 1/25, I received bottle of pills that are composed of ingredients I can purchase in a supermarket for less than $20.in the pkg was a xeroxed sheet of paper with no return address. It stated that by ordering I'd agreed to try product for a free 14-day trial period. That unless I cancelled during the trial period, they would "assume" I was happy with product and would continue to send and charge me $87.31 every 45 days. I have called the non-toll-free # since I discovered the fraud and have not been able to get through.
I can't believe that this company is being allowed to rip people off this way! But I will continue to try to get through to cancel this atrocity. I hope they can be stopped and put out of business.
