They lied to me about a Federal Tax Refund and then debited my acct. 329.90 total 4

National Healthcare Solutions is the most disshonest company I have ever come across. The called me on Jan. 9 saying that the Federal Govenment (I.R.S.) was giveng me extra tax refund money totalling something like $3,000.00. They (N.H.S.) said that they were going to deposit this money into my acct. Over a six month period with installments of $500.00 each month on the 15th of each month. Being naive and also in a bit of financial turmoil with a barely eight month old daughter I thought that sounded pretty good. Boy was I ever wrong. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is! This definitely was. These "scammers" didn't do anything for me at all except put me in further financial turmoil.

On Jan. 14 NHS debited $29.95 from my acct. I honestly didn't think alot about it at that point. It wasn't until the 28th of Jan. 2008 when the took and additional $299.95 from my acct. That the red flags came up and my blood began to boil. I called them at the number provided on my bank statement and read them the riot act about how the had misled me by conviniently leaving out the parts of the recorded agreement that stated that they were going to debit this money. I know that I would not have agreed to let them take any money from me because I don't have it to spare. I called and threatened to contact the Attourney General of the state of Florida where there corp. Office supposably is if they did not refund my money. That was an hour ago or so. They told me they would have to put in a refund request with there corp. Office and that I would have to call back after 48 hours to find out the status of my refund. Which I fully intend to do.

Bottom line is these f*#@'s need to be stopped. One way or the other. They are fraudulantly taking poor innocent peoples money and that is in no way O.K. I fully intent to follow up with the Florida Attourney General as well. This needs to stop and everyone including myself should be entitled to a full refund of what the took from us in the least.
