On January 26, I received a letter for a Norman G. Kalina Esq, about a cell phone bill that has gone to collections, I contacted the phone company on this bill and amount that is owed and the phone company says there is nothing in my history at all with the amount that I owed, so I called the phone number that is in the letter and all I keep getn is all the customer reps are busy, please press "O" and leave a message in or voicemal, which I did.
I keep trying to reach tem, but get the same thing over and over again, all customer service reps are busy...
I googled the attorneys name and found out that somone else has ben contacted by this company, I would be happy to talk to anyone about this, I want this resolved and quickly. If this is a fraudulent company, I wil have to contact a attorney and start legal problems for them, If anyone knows of anyone ia can call in New JErsey, plx write back.
