I have been trying siince Nov to get my rebate. I mailed it in once and faxed it 3 times and each time they said they did not get it. I am sick and tired of the runaround and I think something should be done about them and they way they are ripping people off. I have lodged a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General and I think everyone else should do the same. They also ripped me off of $115 incentive to renew contract.
