This company took 149.95 out of my bank accout without my permission and took me it was a 2 in 1 application and they cannot refund my application fee and overdraft fee even though I did not apply for a card

This company is totally fraudalent when I called and told them that they withdrew funds from my account and I didnt know what this was the lady went to talking about she can send me a 25.00 rebate check. I told her I wanted my money back she put me on hold and then told me they would not give me 35.00 application fee back and then told me it would take 8 days to get a refund this is ridiculous but they would not pay me for my over draft fees. When I asked what company were they listed with that would allow a 2 in 1 application she couldnt give me that information.
