I had filled out a loan application with them and they told me all I had to do in order to receive my loan I had to get a MoneyPak card with $100 on it and they would put the funds into my bank account within 2 hours. I went and got the card and gave them the information and they told me countless times that they weren't going to take the money off the card they were just going to put it into the system showing that I was able to make payments. I never received the money and they took the $100 off of the card. I tried to call them and ask them to either give me the loan money or to give me back the $100 and they said that I had broken rules and had to pay them $150 more in order to get the loan put into my account. I then asked why I had to give them more money and they said that from where I didn't give them the desired amount that my application was on hold and the only way to get it off hold was to give them another MoneyPak card with $150. I told them I could not give them another $150 and they said that they were going to cancel my application and I would not receive my loan and I would not get my $100 back.
