When I telephoned the man who answered spoke with a very thick foregn (Not British) accent and when I made some inquries about a Mr. Frank Wales he could not answer my questions. Also, very importantly, their eamil adress is incorrect—EXPRESS in spelled EXPRES. Questionable writing and speaking skills. Is this a terrorist cell group out to destroy us?
