They got a hold of my visa account number and billed me $10.65. I had to call my visa card & they closed my account

Atala designs somehow obtained my visa credit card # and billed me $10.65. I called their phone# 626-310-0668. You have to leave a voice mail. I have no idea what atala designs does, nor did i request their services. My visa card had be be closed for unauthorized charges
