Unauthorized charge of 11.89 to my credit card

There was a carge of 11.89 posted to my account on 2-2-08 I called my credit card company they gave me a phone number of the company that made the charge, I called and of course got no answer left a message. My credit card company will file a dispute if I can not get them to agree to take it off. I did not authorize this charge at all. Hope to get resolved
