I sent $1.97 and $2.97 handling charges for a cd to get government grants.
They said view the cd for 30 days and if you decide not to have a membership before the 30 days are up then call and cancel or they will bill you each month. I also did not know how much the membership was and I wanted to try it first before canceling. I called the Customer Support number to see how much the membership was. This is the same day I got the cd. I was shocked to find out not only that the trial period was only 7 days but the trial period ended 2 days ago. I asked how much was the membership and they said $40.00 which they took out of my account. I told them to cancel my account and got a conformation number which I hope no more charges occur. What a scam. I didn't even have a chance to try the cd and was charged for it.
