An online order was placed on December 15. Charge to credit card was completed. "Shipment Notification" received on December 21. No UPS record of any shipment and no merchandise has ever arrived. Attempts to contact the company by both email and telephone have been futile. Attempts to locate domain registrant have been a challenge due to private registration (proxy registration in which actual registrant detail is hidden from easy public view) made through 1and1.com.
Based on volume of other complaints also noted and the lack of response to my queries, it would appear that this company is a fraud, set up online just prior to the holidays to defraud the public online by falsely advertising, taking individual small sums of money via online credit card transactions, and never delivering products as promised.
Embarrasing part is that I have worked in technology and web security for a long time and was still "stung" by these folks. I'll continue to pursue them for that reason alone. Another good example of "Buyer Beware"... The ripoff artists abound, and the Net makes it easy for them to hide.
