I would like to file a complaint about USA Survey Group. I signed up for the $500 Southwest gift card in March and to date have not received anything. I am qualified because I have completed 5 offers. A few months ago, I was told that it would be taken care of.
This is now the end of December and when I try to call now, I am on hold for 10 minutes and then the phone hangs up automatically. To be quite honest, I want this company to refund me EVERY penny I used with all the offers I completed. This company is a fraud.
If there is a class action suite, I would definately be a part of it. I would like to press charges if any attorney would like to take this case. Wasted time and energy.
