My husband had my daughter go to the bank and get a Money Order in the name of Nobilex, in the amount of $279. He told her it was for some new hardware he was ordering for his computer and it was going to be delivered by COD. My daughter did just that when I called in and spoke to her she told me there was a package from a Nobilex for Dad. I asked her to open it when she did she told me it was a bottle that said phen 37 something. My heart dropped, I immediately asked her for the number on the package she said it only said nobilex and the phone number 305-808-3224.
My husband is a recovering addict, he has spent time in jail and is on probation for the next 3 years. Last year we received a customs letter regarding an importation on prescription medication. He was lucky then they just sent a letter. What sent my heart too my knees was the thought of him getting back on drugs. I know its illegal to have possession of medication unless you have a doctors prescription. None of which he has, now if he did have a doctors prescription he would have simply gone to the local pharmacy and purchased the medication for $40. He spent $279 which tells me he knew it was illegal. I was very upset about loosing the money but I was even more upset he was trying to get high again. I cannot tell what is truth and what is a lie at this point. I am so so so upset, he could go to jail for breaking his probation, and the most upsetting is that he lied to me. I am seriously considering a divorce. He is just going to keep lying and hurting our family until there is nothing left. My daughter is very hurt her own father used her. How do I explain all this to her again? We are just getting back on our feet. We lost our home wile he was in prison and I dont want to go through that again.
I spoke to the attorney that represented my husband wile waiting at the airport for my flight, he told me to let dead dogs lie. Even if my husband did not know it was illegal the law does not care. Ignorance of the law does not keep you from going to jail. My stupid addict of a husband would be incriminating himself, he attempted to purchase medication without a prescription, just imagine if he had actually received it or worse imported it.
I was very upset when I called the number for nobilex, I must have called 20 times before an Alex in shipping answered. Alex who is rather cold and none caring to my situation, told me they get calls all the time from people trying to scam the companies selling the products. He also told me nobilex is a drop shipping company and about 2% of the people try to get double orders or otherwise attempt to defraud them. He also explained to me if there is an issue the product to contact the retailer not the shipper. I protested but he blatantly explained to me. Get a police report if I felt there was fraud involved and he would put it on file. If they get enough reports on file they would consider reviewing there contract with the company selling that particular item. So they dont pay much attention to complaints unless there is verifiable supporting evidence. So I want some of you out there to send in a police report to the company NOBILEX. I cannot as you understand but many of you have nothing too loose. My husband will not tell me who he ordered from and is trying to lie his way out of this at this point. I am traveling on business, sitting in a hotel room pondering how did I get to this point in my life. What did I do to deserve this? I want to know WHY? I am so tired and drained. My hope is someone else will see this and not make the payment or refuse the package. Or catch there lying spouse, child, family member or friend before they are where I am.
