They are misleading and evasive but not unbeatable

I received a very misleading offer from union workers credit services, asking for $37.00 in order to open a "platinum" card account. The offer mentions visa and mastercard but is neither. I did some research, and it turns out that all of you dissatisfied customers can get your money back. You need to call their customer service number and choose the option for ending your membership. Then, gather up your entire membership packet, and send it back to their p.O. Box address. Once they receive it, they ask for 7-10 business days during which you should receive your $37.00 back.
