My bank account was hit for 291.55 out of the blue i do not have any dealing with this lawyer whatsoever and have never recieved any information pertaining to this lawyer

I can see obn the internet that he has been in all kinds of different diputes and collections and unlawfully taking peoples money from their account and do not see how this is happening without anybody stopping this kind of deciept.

The only ties i can even come close to is i did at one point have an account with fingerhut years ago back in 2000 to 2002 but that was cleared way back then or in 2003 now all of a sudden there is 291.55 taken from my account in 2 different instances and also within 3 days of each other therefore causing my house payment to bounce and causing all kinds of issues for me when i am trying to refi my house for a lower rate.

Can somebody stop this non sense / this cant be legal in anyway.
