Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I had an account with Fingerhut in 1994 which I closed in 1996. Paid off the balance and never heard from them again. Until last week 11/25 claiming I oue them 42.89 for pots and pans. Fingerhut is using the Law offices of Mitchell N. Kay. The same offices used in other fraudilent claims by fingerhut.

I called them and asked why I didn't hear directly from fingerhut in the last seven years if I oued them money, no response. I asked for proof no response. I told them I would love to see them in court, their response was we will report this to the credit company. I think its a rip-off and other people should know about it.
