I attempted to order a bounce house from bouncesuperstore.com. They charged my account within minutes. 4 days later I was informed that the bounce house I ordered was no longer available and I needed to pick another style. I did not like anything else they had to offer so I canceled my order. It took them 3 days to put the money back into my account. I took the money and purchased my bounce house elsewhere. Now a month later the bouncesuperstore took $419 out of my checking account without my knowledge causing me to rack up nearly $300 in NSF fees. I had 13 payments bounce because of this. They did realize their mistake and then credited my account $399 (they still charged me the $20 shipping fee even though they didn't ship anything). But it was too late, the damage was done. I called to ask what was going on and they just said, "oh sorry about that, so we still owe you $20 more. $20!!! What about all the fees my bank has now charged my account because of this?"It is not or policy to reimburse you for bank fees." They did not have authorization to take this money out in the first place. I am now out $300 for nothing. They refuse to reimburse me even though they admit it was their mistake. I guess I just need to keep hundreds of dollars extra in my checking account in case a company accidentally charges me for no reason. Are they really not obligated to reimburse me? I sent them a copy of my bank history to prove to them what they had done, but still no responsibility on their part they say.
