Signed-up the first week in April and it took them 6 weeks to find a qualified trainer. During the 6 weeks of no training, they charged my credit card over $900.00 and the contract was for $540.00. I stopped the training session and wanted to clear up the discrepancy. And yet again, they charged my credit card another $700.00. That was it.
On July 12, I finally was able to contact Jillian, wrote a letter explaining the situation. She received the fax and email and told me I would receive a refund within 15 days.
On August 1, I cancelled my credit card and recieved an email from them stating that I was in violation of my contract. They would no longer take my calls.
On 9/25 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Houston, Texas. On 10/3 I filed a Small Claims. I go to court on 11/20.
Check out their web site now. They are no longer in business. What does this mean for all of us who are owed money. Well, I can tell you that I am not giving up.
