Has continued to charge me when I have called them to cancel New York New York

Plasmanet has charged my account twice in one month, and is continuing to charge my account, even though I have called them and asked them to stop charging my credit card. There has to be some way of stopping them from charging me without me having to close this account. This upsets me very much!
