FreeLotto PlasmaNet Billing me more than the 9.95, no way to contact them via internet, I cannot access my account. New York New York

I thought I'd try this out. Won $5 total. But now want to cancel and cannot access my account. The account that I find is 6 years old and wasn't a paid account. It has an address from 6 years ago. I have also stopped getting my lotto results. So they are charging me and not giving me my results. I don't know what to do. I've been scammed. Put a capital G on my forehead for gullible.
