Uncredited Returns totaling $115.80, Rip-off beware, No one to stand up for there misdealings!

After returning the unwanted coins following their procedures $115.80 worth of charges were made to my account and never re-credited back to my account as of this date. Charges on 8/29/07 and today's date is November 15!
