I paid National Consumer Marketing in full for 8 years of colorized state quarters. It was about this time last year when I recieved them so I thought they were late. I took out the invoice to call them to see when they were going to send the rest of the quarters when I found there 1-800 number was no longer in service. I went to the computer to see if they had a web site and found ripp-off reports against them.
