I was having a cigarette outside an italian restaurant on 6th avenue and Bleecker street in Downtown Manhattan, when I was approached by a well dressed Italian man with a thick accent and a very nice rental car. Of course I thought it was shady but I was a little out of it, and my friend seemed to think even if they weren't armani, b/c the man claimed association to the nearby restaurant, which i know now is not true, we thought they may atleast be good quality coats.
My friend believes that he showed us real armani jackets, and possibly gave us an old switcharoo and gave us a different bag with fake merchandise. The Man again said he had to go to the airport and when i asked to see his stupid f*ckin' plane ticket he put me on with his friend who was waiting for him... What a schemer.
As a manhattanite I like to consider myself more streetsmart then too get dooped by these types of douchebags, but I had $380 on me at the time and gave him $320 for all three. AGAIN the package was the same, A black leather jacket with butttons, a black motorcycle style jacket, and a fake tan suede jacket. I gave it all to him at first and when i told him its all i had he showed me a wad of about $5-10,000 schemed dollars and gave me back $60... He also had a business card that said in big letters "Manager: Francesco", "italian Fashion" and "collezioni armani" with an eagle logo and a fake address in milano_italia.
He was in I think a blue SUV new with GPS n everything, and had a tie and a thick accent, looked young but not the guy in the other pictures i think...
