The sales people promised things the company later denied, charged my account before I signed agreement, promised refund, did not follow through with refund promise. When called over and over they continue to send me from one deptartment to the next, each says that is not thier areathen forwards me to permanent hold. They misrepresnted the service they sell just to get my card number then refused to stand behind those promises and refuse to credit back the charges.
