They very fast taking my credit card payment but the delivery time SUCKS!

I ordered the package in 08/25 and received confirmation of shipment to my billing address in the Philippines on 09/17 but up till now I have not received my package. They were very quick taking my payment but the delivery time frame SUCKS!!! I just want my order delivered that's all!!!
