Billed for book shipped monthes after ordered and returned unopened

Although I refused delivery of a book sent me monthes after I ordered it on the internet marked return to sender (unopened), today I received a "Reminder Notice... YOUR FIRST TWO INSTALLMENTS ARE DUE NOW'.
I know this is only the first of many to come. I have checked on these people and am convinced of their illegal acts.
