(todays date 0ct 4th 2007*Last Nov- Dec I purchased entire web set up. Over $3k. I got ill and was hospitalized and couldn't do it. I asked for a refund within 3 months. They promised me a refund withing 45-60 day every month. They would eventually return my call and just make another promise to put me off. They sound very convincing, but I still never received a penny back. So refund up to a year seems to be a lie and scam. I had time to go through my Visa but, they tell you if you do it will take longer to get a refund. Dont believe it. I should know better, about all of this. I'm willing to go after them if there is a class suite. Now their phone numbers have been disconnected and I can't get a hold of anyone and, I had about 5 telephone numbers. All disconnected. If I would have searched the web and found this site I never would have thought of purchasing it. Or would have went through Visa for my 90 request for a refund. They kept holding me off so I wouldn't go thru them. They said it would delay my refund and it would be longer than 60 days.
