Ripoff, statement mailed after the due date

Have stated receiving loan statements dated after the due date.

Example: statement arrived 9/6/02 dated 9/3/02 that was due to be payed 8/21/02.

The same day received notice of late payment.

The back of the statement clearly states to use the payment coupon at the bottom of the statement to send along with payment.

I have called several times about this and received the same answer, "we are updating our system" you still have to pay the late fee.
