I never look at my credit card bill. I write down what a charge so no need to do anything but send payment. When my bill was a little higher, I though hmm must have forgot to write down a trip to the store. This month I realize Adaptive Marketing under the name of privacy matters 123 and savesmart.com is billing my credit card. After looking back, they have billed my card from April to Sept. To top it off, I got on line to check my card, not only have they billed me over 200 dollars I did not authorize, they sent me over my credit limit.
I did a little digging, and this company has more names then you can count, people all over like me dont know HOW they got my credit card number, or WHY they are still getting away with it. I contacted attorneys locally, but none of the attorneys from my small town are fraud attorneys, so none can take on the case, they all agree that any company billing under different names to your care without you knowing is fraud, but they are not experienced in it.
Someone please tell me there is a class action lawsuit. This company needs to be stopped! I have (had) perfect credit. Thanks to this company billing me under AP9 PrivacyMatters123 and savingsmart I an now over my limit, and have to pay all the fees associated with it. I called them, and they were not to happy I traced down their info so fast. For all of you who DO NOT know how to research a company and want to file with your local Attorney General, here is their company info. This info is for their privacymatters123 web site, but it is the Adaptive Marketing contact info. They run under so many companies, it would be hard to list them all. However, their main business contact info is the same.

If there is an attorney out there that is handling this, please contact me. We need to stop these people. They think because they get caught and the damages are only 200 to 800 to the average person, they will continue to get away with it. Time to for collective people to take them to court.
