I have been getting billed by IK9 Adaptive Marketing, and just realized it. I looked at my credit card statement and saw this name that was not familiar to me. We don't use this credit card at all, so I just normally send in the minimum payment to keep it active. This month there was a large charge on the statement and IK9 had billed my card for 4 months. I called them and they told me that I had not been billed for the previous months so they needed to catch up on my account. I told them I did not know anything about them. They said last year someone clicked on an ad for a credit report. I then looked through my past statements and low and behold I have been getting billed the $14.95. Is there anything that I can do about my negligence to catch this fraudulent act before now.
