Please be aware that if you have a billing or any other dispute with Kasamba you will be either ignored or will be forced to participate in an unresolved dance.
Approximately 8 months ago I sent volumes of documentation to Kasamba including credit card statements, letters and e-mails from "Experts" to substantiate my claims that I was over charged, double billed and how "credit holds" were never released from my American Express card. I wrote letters in conjunction with my evidence and I sent everything via fax, certified/return receipt mail and called and left relentless voice mail messages. These efforts NEVER received a response of resolution. I would get a "we are looking into it" e-mail, but that would be it. NOW, that the Kasamba Victims group has initiated and action is being taken to bring the fraudulent practices of Kasamba to the public; I am getting responses from Kasamba and they are continually asking me for "documentation" of my claims. Documentation that I sent many times MONTHS ago. I have my fax confirmations and mail receipts. I also have e-mails from on-site Kasamba "Experts" supporting my claims and giving me "inside" information as well as guiding me on how to make progress. The extent of these issues is a documented billing error of $486.00 that I was billed for twice. That is $972.00! I have also now been advised that I have to address my issues with the "Experts" directly. Yet, they "advertise" that you can contact them with your dissatisfaction in their "request a refund" area.
I also reported to them how 2 "Experts" took me off line and spoke to me via MSN Messenger and how 1 "demanded" $300.00 be Western Unioned to her so she "could get her life saving medication". I informed them that I took all her information and address to send the Western Union and phone # only to be able to report her to Kasamba and I have a copy of my incoming cell phone bill where she called me numerous times to tell me off for not sending the money and "scamming" her. Kasamba did NOTHING about this "Expert". BUT - I did notice within days that he/she had changed his/her username and was suddenly a whole other person, yet used the same photographs.
In regard to Kasamba's advertising about the caliber of their experts, the public needs to know that I "joined" Kasamba as an "Expert" just to proove my points. I filled out a brief on-line form and had to provide NO information or proof that I had a sliver of "psychic" ability. At the end of the process there was a notification that "after review I will receive a response from Kasamba within 24-48 hours to inform me as to whether I was accepted or not". I submitted my "application" and honestly (and I will show this e-mail to any credible person that requests it) within MINUTES I received an e-mail titled "Welcome to Kasamba".in this e-mail it congratulates me and tells me how I will have the potential be successful and make great money. This e-mail also included the information on where to download the software to chat on line or speak by telephone to clients. There was all kinds of information about how to bill clients, how I would be rated and how I would be listed on the site as far as the line-up of "top readers" and how to meet that criteria.
So, who now wants to say that anyone on that site is credible.in the "application" form you can put you are the "top Neurosurgeon" anywhere in the world, say you were on Oprah, say you "sit at the right hand of the Father"... Anything you want. This is the indisputable facts and I have proof.
