I was contacted by a women at Free Choice promising significant reductions in the cost of my phone service with superior service.initially I turned the offer down. After numerous calls from Free Choice each promising more service and seamless transition from AT&T I relented. Big mistake that I will regret for a long long time.
Lie #1. I was told there was no effort or time necessary on my part. Free Choice would take care of everything. Wrong. I sent countless hours with phone related issues since I switched. It has turned into a nightmare of unparalleled epic proportions.
Lie #2. The cost savings have not only not been realized I am paying more than I was with AT&T.
Lie #3. It was explained that Free Choice leases the lines from AT&T and that I would receive the same level of service with no interruptions. Today all phone lines into our business are dead. No dial tone. No message indicating network problems. This is a business and today customers when calling get nothing. It is as though we do not exist. I have lost immeasurable business.
