Sending promoting free samples, but charged ridiculous amount and now get collecting agency on me California

White Overnite sales rep tells me that they are promoting free samples, I only have to pay $3.95 shipping, after they received your card number they immediately charged off amount $107. Then I reacted quick and canncelled my card, but now they are sending collecting agent on me for a new amount $115.42
