On june 30th I joined and paid $272.28 canadian. While contacting there suppliers to try to find one that would accept my Visa due to my Canadian billing address, had no luck as my monthly maintenance fees were coming out of my bank (38.11) and was unable to use there services.
After contacting them by phone regarding this, the company did not return my calls but only sent emails and were not refunding me in any way. Offered me a free month of maintenance charges but if i couldn't use them the first two months, what was the good of a free month maintenance.
Be very cautious using this company as there not honoring there guarantee.
