Wachovia bank is the most crookest Bank Ive ever in life have delt with, they have caused extreme stress on me, they charged 14 overdrafts on me at once, because they took the biggest check first. And let 14 others slide and charged me overdrafts on every one of them. Now mind you these other 14 were showing as processing for 2 days and the amount was being on hold for these charges, but when one check came in which was just as large as these fourteen items totaled together, instead of just bouncing the one check, they paid it and charged 14 overdrafts on me. But the worst thing was I put cash into the ATM at the bank, and the time on my watch was 3:45pm, but they say it was 4:01pm, which I missed the deadline and anything after 4pm is not posted until the following day, and I didnt get a reciept to show the actual time, but regardless of that, if it was only a second passed the hr, they would still say it was 4:01pm and screw you up. If tehy had gave me credit for that money then everything would have been covered that day and they couldnt have charged me any overdrafts. They do their second pull from the ATM at 4pm, So Im even willing to bet that my funds was pulled on their second pull but they still posted it as the next day... They have screwed me big time. Im in the negative almost 600 dollars, I went into the bank twice already and had a fit with them, and no help as of yet, I called the 800 number several times and no help. I have enough stress on me, Im going through a divorce and my son just in the last week has been deployed to Iraq, and now this with Wachovia, I am not letting any of my hard worked money go into that account until this matter is cleared up, and Right now I dont care if I do get a bed credit rating because of this, I work to hard for my money, to give it to those crooks.
