Free credit report i think they mean 12.95 out of your account when ever we feel like it ripoff

I have been getting 12.95 taken out of my account twice a month for 7 months now from this thieves, i have no idea how they got my info or how they get away with this kind of activity.

And now my bank won't do anything, other than charge me overdrawn fees and to top it off to put a stop to them being able to withdraw from my account it will cost me 25.00, i'm not sure who is worse CIC or my bank. So it looks like i just have to eat my loss and start over at another bank and go from 3500 # to 0

IT just isn't right that i have to pay for this..
