I Started working for Premier Transportation in 04 Quit after being hurt on the job 03. I decided to get a copy of my DAC and found listed on 04/22 Premier claiming I was involved in a preventable accident on the Record it is listed I Hit a Pedestrian in Secaucus, NH.
I have never ever been in this state my whole trucking career nor hit anyone for the record. It is listed as no injury, no fatalities, and not Dot Recordable this is a nightmare.
This was put on my DaC Record after I choose to quit verses fight over a injury caused by unloading freight. Premier filed this on 03/15. It is wrong that your career could be over in one false report.
