Ripoff fraudulent credit card scam extends to false and fraudulent credit collection reports!

This report follows up our past report filed concerning this fraudulent-ripoff-credit-card-scam bank dated 25 August:

Inexplicably my wife, whose credit record is impeccable, applied for credit and was declined due to some equally inexplicable "serious delinquency." We immediately ordered the credit report upon which the decision to decline the requested credit was based.

What we found was FALSE CREDIT REPORT information filed with Equifax Information Services by First Premier Bank in its ILLEGAL attempt to collect on this FRAUDULENT AND CLOSED RIPOFF credit card account:

1) First off, this particular First Premier Bank credit card account was NEVER applied for or opened in my wife's name. We keep our credit card accounts separate and apart. I applied for and opened this credit card in MY NAME ONLY though I requested a second card in her name as an "authorized user" of the account.

2) Next this credit card account was approved with its first statement closing date of 20 June.By 16 July due to its quickly exposed fraudulent-ripoff-scam operation this account was CLOSED by its IN-NAME account holder: myself.

3) First Premier Bank made "promo" inquiries of my wife's credit record through Equifax dated February and August which obviously prompted the bank to FILE A FALSE CREDIT REPORT adversely affecting my wife's credit record.

4) First Premier Bank's FALSE CREDIT REPORT filed against my wife's credit record claims an outstanding balance of $358 with a "past due" amount of $160 with a "scheduled payment amount" of $20 with a #5 "status code" claiming "Over 120 Days Past Due."

5) This credit card account was neither applied for or approved of in my wife's name so she owes First Premier Bank NOTHING.

6) As for the FALSE CREDIT REPORT claiming an outstanding balance of $358 the account was approved with a credit line limit of just $250 in the first place.

7) As of the credit card account's very FIRST closing statement date of 20 June First Premier Bank debited the account with an INCREDIBLY FRAUDULENT $198 in HIDDEN RIPOFF ADMINISTRATIVE "additional card/account set-up/program or finance charge/participation/annual" FEES which I neither agreed nor contracted with First Premier Bank to pay!

8) Those fraudulent and hidden administrative fees totaling $198 left just $52 of "available credit" on the account BEFORE I EVER CHARGED THE VERY FIRST PURCHASES TO THE ACCOUNT!

9) Before receiving this first statement itemizing those fraudulent and hidden administrative fees I had charged a paltry $62.78 in purchases to the account.

10) Once I did receive the first statement I IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED AND CLOSED THE ACCOUNT VIA CERTIFIED LETTER dated 2 July outright and justly REFUSING TO PAY any such fraudulent and hidden administrative fees which I neither agreed nor contracted with First Premier Bank to pay.

11) First Premier Bank failed to acknowledge my demand to cancel and close this account until 16 July—a full eight (8) days after certified receipt of my letter—claiming then a balance of $258.76 on the account.

12) By the statement closing date of 22 July First Premier Bank claimed yet a new and higher balance of $285.78 increased in part by a $25 "late fee"—yet another fee which I never agreed or contracted with First Premier Bank of pay.

13) By the statement closing date of 2 August the balance claimed by First Premier Bank on this fraudulent account INEXPLICABLY DECREASED to $230.63 showing $19 in "available credit" while charging the fraudulent account yet $31 further in fraudulent "participation/late" fees which, again, I neither agreed or contracted to pay.

14) With my last certified letter dated 26 July sent 1 August and received by First Premier Bank on 5 August I attached a postal money order in the amount of $62.78 for the paltry purchases I had previously charged to this account—along with a clear-cut statement outright and justly REFUSING to ever pay its fraudulent hidden administrative fees of $198. TO DATE First Premier Bank has NEVER sent me any closing statement REFLECTING THIS PAYMENT-IN-FULL OF $62.78 FOR ALL PURCHASES CHARGED TO THIS ACCOUNT. Yet this fraudulent outfit now FILES A FALSE CREDIT REPORT against my wife claiming an outstanding account balance of $358 on a credit card FOR WHICH SHE NEVER APPLIED FOR AND WAS NEVER APPROVED OF IN HER NAME. OUTRAGEOUS!

15) we owe first premier bank nothing. We shall pay first premier bank nothing—ever—in spite of any false credit reports it may illegally and wrongfully file against either me or my wife.

First Premier Bank still doesn't get it, evidently, even though I've written its SHYSTERS several times justly admonishing them to learn to: READ AND COMPREHEND!
