When I came across this site I said to myself, "Thank God, I knew I wasn't the only one that was going throught this".
I have been attending University of Phoenix on-line since November and ever since then I have had problems from day one. They have switched my finacial couselor four times and recentlly I complained about the situation to my academic couselor Joy Louis and she daid there is nothing I can do to request a new finacial couselor because I told her he was not doing his job by helping understand why I have not recieved any of my loans or grants that I was already approved for.
I also had a iccident the last block of classes that the Insrtuctor tries to say that i didn't pass the class and I know for a fact I did. She said I missed three weeks and I actually only missed three attendance days and that was it. I worked very had is this class! So guess what? I had to retake the class and pay out of pocket of course and till I could further on with my education.
I have a realy hard time with this company ever really giving me a straight answer. Someone will tell me one thing and another person will tell me something else.
