Ripoff of jobs not hiring qualified applicants hired friends instead

I have tried to get a job with the Loudoun County Public Schools. I never get a response about my application and resume.

What I have herd is that they allow people to hire friends instead of hiring from the classifieds like they are required to. Even the boss said this.

I don't know what to do. There is to much politics in this. This has occurred to more people.
