Took advanatge of a Chase Business Visa Card convenience check for $43,000.9 months at 0% then 9.9 max for what I thought was the life of the card.
Paid as agreed over about a year paid down the principal balance to under $36,000.
I looked at my current statement and the card shows 12.9%. I called Chase and they said they notified cardholders rates would be increasing on business cards. No lates - excellent credit - declining balance every month.
How can they do this if I entered into an agreement with 9.9% max? Has this happened to anyone else?
Can we get a class action - any attorneys out there want to help?
