Unauthorized bank withdrawal of 200.00. I don't know who these people are! They Won't Tell Me

I checked my bank account this morning and was shocked to see a charge of $200.00 was taken out of my checking account. I Googled the telephone number and came up with American Financial. No address was given only a customer service web site. I called the 888-281-6710 number and could not get through after waiting 45 minutes. I went to my bank at 8am and showed them the problem. I would know for certain if i authorized a $200.00 charge.
What is more ridiculous is I have never talked to these people and I don't even know who they are.
