To save time, I purchased $235.15 from UrbanQ. A letter was written to me on April 9 saying my money would be refunded. Letter enclosed.

Thank you for contacting us.in reference to order 154436 (see below) as per our recent conversation with UPS, the package we originally shipped is deemed lost and because this issue has now been resolved, and because the majority of the items that appeared on the original order are no longer in stock, your credit card account will be issued a credit in the amount of $235.15. Please allow up to 2 weeks for this credit to appear on your credit card account.
As of this date 8/28/02 I have recieved no credit. Sent many, many letters. If it was a small amount I would let it go but I am on disability now and need that money back. This wasn't even a rebate offer. It was just me purchasing there items.
