I received a phone call from IPA stating that they could send some one out to give 1hr to 2hr analysis of my business free of charge. Never mention a $400 charge. Then I was told if I decieded to go with them, it could be a charge as high as $20,000.00 and up. I just wanted to get a idea on how much I could sell my business for. He asked for 2yrs of tax returns. Hey rode around with me on my jobs and then I gave him the tax returns. After he left I then got a bad feeling and called him on his cell to return the taxes. He returned in about 15 min. And I told him thought IPA was scam. Looked suprise that I would say that. His answer was he had never heard of such a thing and it had to be another imposter company. Then he asked can we meet tommorow. I said I will investagate and get back to him.
