Today i met mrs thomas and mrs jackson from little lambs daycare in killeen. They were at my place of business and were not satisfied with the job performed for them. We are a cleaners. I offered all the help i could and mrs thomas and jackson both were extremely rude to me and acted as if i was still charging for the item when in reality i offered to take them back and fix them. Mrs thomas was belligerent and nasty, i was nothing but kind and patient to her and the woman went as far as to insult my child and speak to him in a demeaning tone when my child who is 13 only, jumped in to help me. My point even though this didnt happen at the daycare is that as rude as these ladies where they should never work with children.
It was obvious that since they came in to my workplace, they had in mind some type of drama. One of them -jackson - commented on how nice thomas clothes were and she said sharply "they better" the woman also claimed that we didnt starch her stupid clothes and yet we provide free starch and starch makes ourt job easier, why wouldnt we. We have at least four cameras on us watching our every move so we make it a point not to lie or cheat our cutomers because we are on viedeo-laundryspy.
In a nutshell, mrs thomas was rude and cant even speak her own language right and i wouldnt want her to open her mouth in front of children saying things like "ax" instead of "ask" among others. If she is this rude, i cant imagine her around any child.
